Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made for services provided by Wasupp through https://wasupp.in.

By purchasing or subscribing to any Wasupp plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Subscription Plans

Wasupp provides subscription-based software services billed on a monthly, yearly, or other recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase.

All subscriptions are billed in advance.


2. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered

  • No charges are applied during the trial period
  • You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing
  • Once converted to a paid plan, this policy applies in full

3. Refund Policy

All payments made to Wasupp are non-refundable, including

  • Subscription fees
  • Setup or onboarding fees
  • API usage or messaging charges
  • Add-ons, upgrades, or feature purchases

No refunds will be issued for

  • Partial usage
  • Unused time
  • Unused credits
  • Early cancellation

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Upon cancellation

  • Future billing is stopped
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refunds are issued for the remaining period

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases

  • Duplicate payment for the same billing period
  • Payment charged due to a verified technical error
  • Incorrect amount charged due to a system malfunction

Such issues must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date.


6. Account Suspension or Termination

No refunds will be issued if

  • The account is suspended or terminated for policy violations
  • Messaging access is restricted by WhatsApp or any third-party platform
  • Service disruption occurs due to non-compliance with platform rules

7. Third-Party Fees

Wasupp is not responsible for

  • Fees charged by WhatsApp, Meta, payment gateways, or other providers
  • Taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges

All third-party charges are non-refundable.


8. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

Plan changes are handled as follows

  • Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed accordingly
  • Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle
  • No credits or refunds are issued for downgrades

9. Approved Refund Processing

If a refund is approved

  • It will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider

10. Policy Updates

Wasupp reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
